We are looking for individual and confident Customer Service Administrators to work as part of a small, supportive customer service team. We are looking for individual and confident Customer Service Administrators to work as part of a small, supportive customer service team. The roles are busy and fast paced with at least 90 of the enquiries come via email and the company website. Based at the office in Banbury there are two 12-month fixed term contracts offering a starting salary of £23,500 with excellent benefits. Purpose of the role: To support and coordinate all customer orders from process to delivery working with the internal teams and keeping the customer updated. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator: Processing customer orders onto the system, checking for accuracy, price and lead time Responding to customer service enquiries promptly and efficiently Inputting orders accurately within SLAs and timeframes Proactively identifying any issues with live orders and resolving effectively Working with and supporting the internal Account Managers Investigating customer complaints Liaising with internal teams Covering reception, answering and transferring calls when required Creating customer reports specific to their requirements Being the first point of contact for customers Working on reception when required Producing customer PODs Raising and coordinating sample requests and stocks Key Skills and Experience Required for the Customer Service Administrator: Customer service experience within an office environment Solid administration skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Sales order processing skills Confident communicator Solutions provider when dealing with customer complaints Adaptable in a changing environment What’s in it for you A starting salary of £23,500Shifts on a rota basis 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm and 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Training, development and progression Free onsite parking Discounts.
