As a Court of Protection Paralegal, your responsibilities will include: Day-to-day management of clients affairs; managing their assets and insurance that you act in their best interest at all times. Assisting Court of Protection Deputies in meeting clients' specific needs and requirements from an administrative perspective. Ensuring that an audit trial is produced and available on all casework undertaken. The successful candidate should have previous experience from within either a Court of Protection or Private Client role, and a genuine desire for developing a career within Court of Protection.
