The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview Provide extensive analysis on health workforce issues and remuneration, incentive design, and related concepts and structures regarding the delivery of insured health services and potential financial implications. Provide research, analytical, forecasting and modeling support for the work to develop and maintain a provincial health human resource planning and for negotiations and collective bargaining of contracts and agreements of the seven health workforce sectors in Manitoba. Conduct research and analysis of the factors that drive the demand and supply of health workforce and implications for workforce remuneration, health human resource planning and collective bargaining and negotiations. Develop strategic advice and recommendations including development of position papers on all health workforce related issues to support health human resource planning. Provide costing of negotiation positions and various planning options and scenarios. Lead or participate in working groups related to health human resource planning and collective bargaining and negotiaitions. Experience Minimum of 3 of years experience in policy and program analysis related to health human resources planning including medical and non-medical health workforce remuneration/incentives is required.
