Our Senior Finance Associate is an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the finance department. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for daily income audit, resolving imbalances directly as needed and identifying and raising significant audit or procedural differences with the Finance Lead / Finance Business Partner and senior management Responsible for auditing of Management Allowance, credit card refunds, adjustments with any supporting documents and approval process. Petty Cash, Paid out and cash reconciliation Credit card and bank reconciliation Assist with daily/weekly compliance tasks as part of the CSA requirement, and to report any discrepancies to the Finance Lead. Completing other ad hoc tasks requests as needed and holiday covers Finance team members Maintaining ongoing relationship with BSC team to ensure deadlines are met and procedures followed in line with Accounting SOP’s and CSA requirements. To succeed as our Senior Finance Associate, you will need: 1-2 years experience within a Finance function Effective written and verbal communication skills.
