Technical is comprised of Digital Analytics, Digital Systems, Technical Services and Enterprise Improvement Planning, Autonomy and Innovation. RACE is Teck’s Digital Transformation program and the Digital Analytics (DA) group is a key contributor to RACE and acts as an enabler of innovation and digital transformation for the mining industry. The DA group is composed of nearly 350 professionals spanning across teams including Software Development, Data Science, Architecture, Product Development, Customer Success and Support and more! These teams are at the heart of the technological innovation happening at Teck and provide solutions that use artificial intelligence and big data to diagnose, predict and prescribe actions to improve safety, sustainability and production across the mining value chain. As a senior Change Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the DA group's success by providing expert guidance in organizational change and program management! You will work closely with the DA leadership team, lead the development of change management capabilities within the group and work directly with the Enterprise wide Change and Engagement teams on company-wide initiatives. You will coach, support a Change Specialist, and serve as the primary point of contact for organizational change management matters in DA. Responsibilities: Strategy and Delivery: From strategy, to execution and measurement, this role requires a hands-on approach to handling change via our enterprise framework.
