You will be joining the personal injury team for a legal 500 law firm. You will be entering a global, multi discipline firm based in Manchester. Your duties as a file handler include independent ownership of a fraudulent EL PL caseload of fast track to multi track claims. You will collect evidence for fraud claims including witness statements, GP medical records and prepare bundles for court through a litigation process.
