The Role The Business Development Manager - Commercial Building Solutions, will be accountable for creating a strategy to open up the market, sales growth, project management, and technical application of Thermon engineered products for heat trace products in the European commercial building market. This creates an amazing opportunity to determine your own strategy (together with the Manger, Business Development) and to execute these plans. T he BDM works with the Company's internal team across multiple manufacturing plants to manage projects from quotation/design stage to the purchase order / production stage. Through team leadership, research, marketing, and direct sales calls by you or the sales team, the BDM grows Thermon revenues by generating new business opportunities.
