Restaurant Manager needed in Malta Trendy – High-end concept Salary: €2500 - €3000 basic per month plus benefits English fluency - another European language a bonus We are looking for a passionate, talented and experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER with a HIGH-END, TOP RANKED and TRENDY CONCEPT RESTAURANT BACKGROUND. THE ROLE: The role would suit an existing Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager with a background in trendy / fast-paced / top service / high quality-volume restaurant You must have a proven track record, commercial mind, 360° operational understanding and having worked in high profile Restaurants. This is a high-volume restaurant and you will need to be at the top of their game. Maintaining high levels of service and your team across the Restaurant and Bar You will be working closely with the Director of Operations THE PERSON: Passionate about your role and the industry. Polished, enthusiastic and work to high standards You will come from a high-end, well-known venue background Work in a professional yet friendly manner Be a team player, keen to share his/her expertise and assist where required Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team Experience the operational management of the restaurant as well as financial and analytical knowledge and be commercial-minded Experienced in working in Barcelona is preferred.
