Who we need Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to oversee the delivery of quality evidence-informed mental health treatment for children 0-12 and their families within a multidisciplinary framework. As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the conceptualization and delivery of our programs and services are consistent with the mission, values, policies, procedures, standards, and priorities of the organization. Please note that this is a 14-month maternity leave contract. Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision to clinicians to ensure provision of quality services in accordance with sound management practices, the Collective Agreement, and agency approach to supervision. Evaluate and regularly review performance strengths and issues against established benchmarks and key performance indicators with assigned staff in keeping with agency policy and service standards. .
