Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner drives focus on the overall company vision and help create long-term strategies to attract and retain top talent for our Corporate, Management and Campus portfolios. They will be required to lead and inspire their team to excel and be comfortable working within a KPI driven environment. This role will require the skills to develop innovative sourcing strategies and engagements as well as offering full cycle recruitment support. It will act as the key liaison to our business function leadership team and will be responsible for delivering on business hiring needs while aligning with the national Talent Acquisition strategy. The role requires strong influencing skills, inspiring leadership skills, strong business acumen and excellent relationship building skills This position assures customer service excellence and timely completion of duties and assignments that meet or exceed customer expectations.
