Keep track of all the kitchen equipment and inventory Provide regular feedback and suggest improvements they need. Hire, train and guide kitchen personnel Responsible for making sure the health and safety regulations are being met. Planning, tasting, and modifying the recipes for the food being prepared in the kitchen.
