With a brand new location in Belgravia they are looking for an ambitious negotiator to join the already successful team. This role will suit someone with 12+ months experience in either a Property Sales or Lettings role who is looking to move into a more independent but still fast paced way of working. This role will suit someone with 12+ months experience in either a Property Sales or Lettings role who is looking to move into a more independent but still fast paced way of working. Duties/Functions of the role: Welcoming and registering buyers and potential tenants. Arranging and attending property viewings. Providing vendor and landlord feedback. Qualifying, Negotiating and agreeing offers for both sales & lettings. Compiling and completing the required administration for the sales and tenancy progression process. Achieving and exceeding pre-agreed KPI targets. Requirements of the role: At least 12+ months experience working in either a Sales or Lettings Negotiator role. A sales and customer focussed attitude to work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT skills. A full UK Driving Licence. Highlights of the role: An ambitious agency in a fantastic Central London location. A proven track record of winning high value and high volume stock. Impressive commission structure that really rewards sales staff. The ability to do both sales and lettings deals. Strong track record of staff retention something that is rare within the property industry.
