Job Function: The Facility Coordinator coordinates maintenance, renovation plans, and schedules to ensure that the Hydro One 24/7/365 control centres are maintained in excellent operating condition. Contributes in the development of long-term business plans and forecasts based on understanding stakeholder needs, corporate planning predictions, fluctuating real estate markets and changing technologies. Issues, receives and cancels Permits to Work and supervises work activities under these conditions. General Accountabilities: Analyze, plan and schedule work activities that affect Facilities Management systems and equipment components at the ISOC and the OGCC. Conduct system failure/events analysis and reporting. Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, be responsible for the assigned maintenance work and/or construction of facility related systems installed at the ISOC and OGCC. Assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining a high level of stakeholder relations. Participate in operational planning, maintenance program and construction on the critical systems installed at the ISOC and OGCC. Identify opportunities and develop strategies, procedures, plans and schedules for work activities for themselves or others as well (i. e; team members, external contractors). Minimize the impact of work activities to other Hydro One stakeholders at the ISOC and OGCC. Monitor work in progress,. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
