General Accountabilities: Engage in monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis activities for the Capital Portfolio Delivery division. Utilize existing financial and management systems to analyze information to produce a variety of business information such as KPIs, scorecards, management reports, cost trends, performance reports, monthly cost reports and dashboard reports. Coordinate, collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders within and external to Capital Portfolio Delivery to ensure mutual objectives are achieved. Participate in process improvement initiatives in order to drive efficiency and productivity improvements in the Capital Portfolio Delivery division. Assist in and/or facilitating month-end manager meetings, including taking actions and screen-sharing presentations Develop and maintain detailed guidelines, process charts and job aids for approved business processes. Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions as a means of continuous improvement. Other related duties as required. Selection Criteria: Requires relevant and demonstrable reporting, analysis and process improvement experience. Requires a thorough working knowledge of business economics to carry out analysis, evaluate alternatives, and backss performance results.
