Is this role right for you? Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for new projects or system enhancements. Analyze and document current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of systems and applications. Conduct thorough testing of new systems and enhancements, ensuring they meet business requirements and are free of defects. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? 5-6 years of work experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively.
