Reports to: Manager, Real Estate Purpose of the Role The Real Estate Analyst will ensure all financial transactions related to real estate leases are valid and accurately managed to ensure remittance of Rent payment to Landlord; maintain lease compliance to mitigate risk due to default, avoiding any negative impact on business performance, Mo H licensing. Manage and maintain the real estate occupancy costs annual budget exercise and fiscal period forecasting reporting. This is a Full Time Remote role based in Ontario. Core Accountabilities Set up of all managed real estate contracts from lease commencement of the contract; ensure all financial, legal and lease administration aspects associated with real estate contract management are properly managed. Manage and validate real estate contract set up and perform audit of inputted data Ensure all real estate costs are lease compliant prior to payment.
