VSC Fire & Security, a leading fire protection and life safety system contractor, is searching for an Administrative Assistant in our Mobile, AL location. This position will be responsible for day-to-day duties involving setting up jobs, billing and collections for the AL region. This position will also be responsible for HR administrative duties.Duties Include: Use ServiceTrade to approve and correct invoices as well as set up locations and contacts Will assist in recovering overdue payments Maintain a clean, neat appearance for front office environment Serve as back up for co-workers which includes reception duties Various HR administrative duties Requirements: 5-10 years experience in Accounts Payable and/or Purchasing Ability to multi-task Exceptional attention to detail Professional verbal and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel Clean pre-employment background check Knowledge of sales tax preferred, but not required HR experience preferred.
