POSITION PURPOSE: Provides marketing plans and sales execution for direct sales for Aesthetic sales in Latin America. Manages sales execution, works with distributor sales teams as the sales expert for Lumenis Aesthetics. Drives and manages KOLs, attends demos and acts as super sales person in this market. Organizing and attending events and direct selling at these events will be key to this role, travel throughout LATAM and US. P RINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : Achieve Sales and Growth goals in LATAM Aesthetic Work directly with distributor sales reps in the field Produce effective marketing campaigns on an annual and quarterly basis for LATAM Develop strategies and best practices to be in contact and communication with customers and distributors Recruit and train qualified and capable distributors in target markets Conduct regular product and sales training for distributors utilizing best practices identified across Lumenis sales organizations Work directly with distributor sales reps in the field Develop and maintain key relationships between LATAM KOLs and Lumenis Provide timely reports and forecast Have extensive understanding and sales ability with our Aesthetic product line Attend trade shows and help coordinate sales events in this space Work within Salesforce.com to maximize it's potential to communicate and work with customers and distributors Work with Reps in field to drive sales on weekly basis Coordinate lead distribution: track and review progress with distributors Monitor, create and distribute materials that will assist the sales process Track program effectiveness and recap all promotions at the end of each Quarte Present new marketing ideas and strategies on how to grow market and better serve our customers REQUIREMENTS: Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Very strong interpersonal sales skills when dealing Lumenis employees and customers. Demonstrated proficiency in common PC applications, particularly within the full Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to master salesforce.com and the Lumenis partner portal. Possess excellent organizational and analytical skills. The ability to multitask effectively is essential. Strong evidence of self-sufficiency creating and working a plan to drive revenue from assigned territory. Proven history of analyzing situations, employing creative and effective decision making to solve problems, create effective marketing programs and achieve results. Possess strong listening skills as demonstrated through the ability to ask secondary and tertiary probing questions. Extensive travel to trade shows, distributors and customers in Latin America. Inherent drive for continuous learning and self-improvement. EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree, Life Sciences or related discipline. 3-5 years sales experience in the medical / aesthetic markets segment. Solid understanding of marketing and commuter skills with the ability to learn quickly and take direction.
