Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator/Manager to join our team on a long-term multi-year project.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with extensive knowledge in cyber security and enterprise architecture & integration (incl. Requirements Management, Configuration Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Enterprise Tools Mgmt.). The Technical Project Coordinator/Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple technical projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage multiple technical projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetary requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Work closely with the Chief Architect and other technical SMEs to execute tasks across all service areas. Reaching out to various service area leads to track/monitor the submission of metrics from all service areas and populate the A&I dashboard to ensure compliance. Coordinate/schedule meetings with all the service areas and provide action items and meeting notes. Taking notes and providing action items (after meetings) based on the discussions in the meetings. Develop project presentation material based on design sessions with the service area SMEs Work with all the stakeholders and gather performance metrics across various workstreams on multiple projects. Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, including project team members, management, and external vendors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and standards, including cybersecurity protocols. Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices. Required Competencies and Skillsets: Excellent project management and coordination skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong technical background, with expertise in cyber security and architecture & integration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc. Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred. Certification in cyber security such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent is preferred. Minimum Requirements: U.S. Citizen - Per Federal Govt Sector U.S Citizenship is required Public Trust Clearance or Ability to pass Federal background check is required for Level 4 Public Trust Clearance Required to be in the DC Metro Area - Hybrid position Location: Hybrid onsite and work from home flexibility - Washington D.C./ Maryland/ Northern Virginia Metro area Cyber Security and Enterprise Architecture & Integration Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
