Experienced Ironworkers needed in Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas IMMEDIATE START!! Pay: $24-$27/DOE *$150 Sign-on Bonus* Responsibilities: All employees will be responsible for hanging iron on large commercial and industrial projects Build and install iron or steel girders, columns, and other construction materials Cut, position, and bolt down steel bars to reinforce concrete. Repair older infrastructure. Make, weld, and cut structural metal in fabricating shops. Erect steel frames. Direct operation of cranes to move structural steel, reinforcing bars, and other materials onto and around the construction site. Connect steel columns, beams, and girders. Drill holes into steel for bolts. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of commercial/industrial experience in iron working Employees must have proper PPE hard hat, work boots, work gloves, safety glasses, and safety vest.
