A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GENERAL MANAGER (GM) As a General Manager (GM), you are the heart of our restaurant and you set the tone for both employees and customers. QUALIFICATIONS Restaurant management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in your role!
