The MY PLACE HOTEL green bay is looking for a great individual to join our team as our Hotel Maintenance Technician ! Please Note: Shift will typically include morning and afternoon hours unless emergency or special circumstances arise. Full-time-20 Hours per week per need of the hotel Duties Include: Work in accordance with Hotel's Brand Standards and in accordance with maintenance guidelines and goals. Offer courteous and sincere hospitality at all times. Maintain a safe, clean hotel and grounds. Preventative maintenance of all rooms and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances and electrical equipment such as TV's, refrigerators and light fixtures are in working order. Preventative maintenance on all maintenance tools and equipment. Maintain exterior landscaping and lawn Ensure all repairs meet company standards. Assist in the cleanliness of and maintain Hotel's exterior spaces and common areas. Important Position Requirements: Have working knowledge of general repair skills. Ability to efficiently multi-task and work under time constraints. Be team oriented and be able to take direction. Aid in housekeeping and front desk in housekeeping and janitorial duties. Must possess the physical ability to perform all duties. Valid driver's license. Willing to work a flexible schedule when necessary. Well groomed, practices personal hygiene, adheres to company dress code policy.
