Are you a Qualified or Experienced Accountant looking for a new challenge as a Site Accountant on a part time basis? Do you have experience of working in manufacturing and the skills to ensure the accuracy of the PL and Balance Sheet? Can you support a Plant Director with accurate and well analysed financial data? Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Site Accountant on a 2 day a week basis to support the growth and provide additional controls for a manufacturing business. As the ideal candidate you will be qualified and have experience of working in a manufacturing environment and be confident at dealing with a blend of leadership, strategic, statutory and technical duties. Your role will involve: Managing the financial administration of the business including leading the finance team Working closely with the business leaders to analyse and report on trends and results Provide month and quarterly forecasts Provide monthly management accounts Ensure compliance with statutory authority and bank audit requirements Management stock control and analysis of slow moving stock Managing terms with suppliers and customers to improve cash flow Provide material yield, gross profit and cost of sales information A key business partner and part of the leadership team developing strategy for growth This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well invested company in a role thats critical to the continued development of the business. The role will be permanent and on a part time basis initially looking at 2 days per week with a salary of 20:23K (50:55K pro: rata).
