You will be expected to manage and develop the restaurant to achieve budgeted sales, control costs, and provide a level of service that exceeds expectations for a 4-star hotel. Assistant Restaurant Manager Location: Bromley Salary: Up to £31k depending on experience plus gratuities Full-Time, 5 days over 7 days Rota, includes weekends Bromley Court Hotel is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to run our renowned Garden Restaurant. You will be an experienced Food and Beverage operator with a proven track record in high-volume hotel restaurants, bars and banqueting, have a passion for hospitality, and enjoy training and developing a team. You will be expected to manage and develop the restaurant to achieve budgeted sales, control costs, and provide a level of service that exceeds expectations for a 4-star hotel. You will also be expected to manage functions, meetings, and weddings and be a duty manager for the hotel. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager.
