They are looking for an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations for their new Chinese concept Executive Chef Responsibilities: Responsible for the restaurant’s back of house operations Maintain standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency Create and execute exciting menus Establish and manage a team of talented chefs Lead by example and foster a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork Train and develop staff to meet high standards Manage labor and food costs Maintain and enforce brand standards Manage food and labour costs and kitchen budgets while ensuring the highest quality ingredients and efficient practices Stay current with culinary trends and industry best practices, driving innovative menus and culinary processeinteractionecutive Chef Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably from a high-end restaurant Well-rounded and motivated culinary leader who can hold their own in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control experience Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and develop culinary talent A track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences An eye for detail and a commitment to quality Interested If this sounds like a good fit for you, send your resume to xyz X@ today Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
