At Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Guest Relations Executive… We are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time, 5 shifts per week. Being flexible would be a great plus! We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At Kimpton we encourage our Team Members to Be Yourself and Lead Yourself! We will be there to support you each step of the way. We are paying £11.60 per hour, all overtime is paid for. As a Guest Relations Executive your main duties and responsibilities will ensuring that our guests have magical, memorable and personalised experience. You will also be a key part of our guests’ overall stay. This role also comes with part of Front Office responsibilities. To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are: Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5 Hotel is beneficial Creative, passion for social media and craving human connection Passion for providing excellent customer service, wanting to go above and beyond for our guests! Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
