About Our Opportunity We’re hiring a highly creative and innovative problem solver for our Operations Analyst role. This is a critical role where you will provide operational and procedural support to staff at Community Services who are accountable for the delivery of core social programs. Your role as an Analyst directly impacts service delivery to clients. Primary Accountabilities You will focus on client service support and excellence, along with operational and business analysis. A few of your key responsibilities will include: backssing and evaluating business and operational procedures, defining options analysis, and recommending system and operational solution changes prioritize ICM, CCM and other Operational requests You will also create, and execute, user acceptance testing for ICM and CCM system changes. Qualifications and Experience We are seeking a creative team player who is constantly improving and innovating in their work. As our next Operations Analyst, you also have a bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of related experience.
