About Our Opportunity Reporting to the Manager of Consumer Protection, the Research and Statistics Officer 2 is responsible is responsible for Divisional consumer engagement efforts and for conducting research, collecting and compiling information and maintaining databases. They develop reports based on the research, legislative, business planning, program evaluation, and other responsibilities of the Division. Designing appropriate research methodologies, data collection, and data presentation techniques is a key responsibility. Primary Accountabilities - Conducting research and collecting data and information related to projects that enhance the provision of business and consumer programs; - Coordinating implementation of departmental programs; - Developing and maintaining databases and informative dashboards; - Preparing briefing.
