Job Description: Provide decision analysis support by analyzing current costs and trends; prepare cost/benefit studies relating to management systems, maintain guidelines and department-related policies; prepare benchmarking evaluations internally and external to HONI, prepare statistical summaries. Prepare budget for the department including monthly budget variance reports and budget restatements. Prepare various monthly financial and management reports as required for control of operations. Be responsible for the accounting and reconciliations for the Helicopter Services Department. Develop recovery rates for Helicopter Rates. General Accountabilities : Perform decision analysis support by analyzing current costs and trends; prepare cost/benefit studies relating to management systems, costs and utilization of equipment, maintenance guidelines and department related policies; prepare statistical summaries. Research existing benchmarking criteria used to evaluate effectiveness of helicopter usage, Write specifications, design and develop programs as required to construct models for analyses of specific long-term considerations. Provide analytics, including benchmark performance and efficiency opportunities. Provide clarification and explanation including seminars, to field enquiries on cost.
