What you will do As a Corporate Payments and Travel Analyst, you will be the first line of response, providing proactive customer service to both Bank employees and third-party companies. You will support the corporate payments by proactively ensuring invoices are paid on time and responding to inquiries as well as providing guidance on the relevant policies. In addition, you will also provide support and guidance for the following services: Accounts Payable: Provide services for payment requests, one-time vendor payments, and tax calculations for invoices and payments requests for Canadian and non-Canadian invoices Accounts Receivable: Generate and transmit non-complex accounts receivable invoices and reconcile payments received amounts owed What you need to succeed We are looking for an innovative problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills, who can proactively resolve issues while building.
