Purpose As part of the AML Risk Methodologies function within the Global Compliance & AML team, the Senior Analyst supports the execution of the Enterprise AML/ATF and Sanctions Geography Risk Rating (GRR), Enterprise AML/ATF Product Families and Risk Ratings (PRR), Enterprise AML/ATF Occupation Risk Rating (ORR), and Enterprise AML/ATF Industry Risk Rating (IRR) methodologies. The Senior Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the Bank’s enterprise methodologies, procedures and standards linked to AML risk. Additionally, the Senior Analyst is responsible for completing and publishing periodic refresh of the Enterprise AML/ATF risk ratings, including the review of proposed qualitative adjustments and coordination of the quantitative adjustment process with key stakeholders. The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing the Enterprise AML/ATF Client Risk Management (CRM) Standards to ensure a consistent CRM approach across all Business Lines of the Bank. The Senior Analyst is responsible for maintenance of regulatory requirements and industry guidance sources, in order to identify elevated AML risks as applicable to the AML Risk Methodologies. The Senior Analyst will work closely with stakeholder groups within Business Line AML teams and Global Sanctions and Screening team to provide support with respect to the risk rating methodologies, related tools, procedural and guidance documentation. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will provide advice and counsel to relevant stakeholders on the implementation of the Enterprise AML/ATF risk ratings. Key Accountabilities.
