What you will do A division of the Financial Markets Department (FMD), the Business Analysis and Systems Support (BASS) team provides business analysis and first-line business application support services to the Bank’s market operations and intelligence business areas, which include business clients in FMD and other departments such as Banking and Payments Department (BAP) and Financial Services (FIN). As a member of the Business Systems Support (BSS) team, a group within BASS, you will be responsible to provide VIP support services to all our stakeholders. The team also leads the department’s business continuity planning and testing activities and acts as the department’s emergency response coordinator. The Business Systems Support Analyst provides onsite production operational support and testing to applications critical to the success of market operations at the Bank that span multiple departments.
