Sorting of department related materials (plastic bottles, aluminum cans, tetra and gable containers) into their designated pre-processing areas. Safely and efficiently perform processing of Encorp materials (plastic bottles, aluminum cans, tetra and gable containers) to the specified requirements and production standards. Operate all department machinery in a respectful and productive manner. Machinery includes; Vertical Baler, Perforator and Silos. Operate department equipment (Power Winch, Power Pallet Jack and Manual Pallet Jack) according to Safe Operating Procedures reviewed by the Encorp Supervisor. Manually or mechanically unloading trailers of Department related contents. Complete all daily housekeeping duties and general machinery upkeep as directed by the Supervisor and/or Lead Hand. Perform other duties as laid out by the Supervisor and/or Lead Hand. Examples of other duties will include; equipment cleaning, yard/plant cleanup, filling a Sortline position, assisting Plant Operators with labour related tasks and office paper sorting. Adapt to an always changing and growing industry. Comply with all company policies and safety procedures. Sorting of department related materials (plastic bottles, aluminum cans, tetra and gable containers) into their designated pre-processing areas. Safely and efficiently perform processing.
