Working under our Michelin rated Executive Head Chef, as Sous Chef you will be a driving force of an ambitious team at the Royal Agricultural University. Helping design, develop and deliver great food, whilst maintaining the sensitivity and alignment to the Universitys core values. You will lead food production with a hands: on approach, be adept at training and develop skills. The ideal candidate will a proven record of success in quality high volume establishments with a passion for real food, strong work ethic and a can do attitude to drive our offer forwards. You would be joining the University at an exciting time with lots of new developments and would be able to deliver our Food and Farming strategy as part of a wider group.
