Who You Are: As a Director of Design, you are an expert in your practice of design and experience; and you act as a strategic thought leader to clients in their digital transformation journey. You are a vital member of our leadership team throughout the entire lifecycle: pre-sales, discovery and planning, and delivery engagements, providing services like: UX strategy User research (qualitative and quantitative) User journey mapping/analysis Rapid prototyping and usability testing Heuristic evaluation Experience Workshop Design and Facilitation Design thinking Enterprise-level web and mobile app design You can lead strategic conversations and run various formats of presentations (user research, discovery sessions, webinars, design thinking workshops) with clients at the executive C-suite level. In addition, you will shape the overall creative direction of the work that we produce. In addition, the Director of Design is responsible for ensuring that the work fully aligns itself with our overall business and UX strategies.
