We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team!Job Description: Full-time or part-time OT to work in clinic, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. We are open to recent graduates who are passionate about working with children and families. On the job training provided, collaborative group setting with over 75 years combined experience in OT. We offer EEG neurofeedback as a treatment modality, and recently acquired Interactive Metronome to enhance our services. Salary: $40 to $55 an hour, depending on experience and other factors Job Duties: Helping children and adult patients to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances Assessing the patient’s physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan Developing home programs and providing education to caregivers Reviewing progress towards goals and updating treatment plans Working with community agencies to enhance outcomes for patients and their families Maintaining timely and accurate documentation within EHR software Requirements: Arizona OT License Ability to obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Preferred: Pediatric OT experience Benefits: Generous PTO bank - including paid holidays Matching retirement Health insurance - including voluntary dental and vision insurance $250 towards continuing education yearly Powered by JazzHR
