We're seeking a culinary leader with a background in quality dining and events catering / banqueting. This role involves a significant commercial aspect, requiring expertise in food costings, GP delivery, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Oversee quality dining and events catering. Manage a large team and ensure their development. Drive commercial success with a focus on food costings and GP. Stay abreast of modern food trends and bring innovation to the table. Fearlessly push culinary boundaries. Cater to large-scale events for guest in the 1000s. Leading a large team of chefs over 200 BOHSuccessful Candidates Will Have: Proven experience in quality dining and events catering, ideally with a venue background. Strong understanding of food costings and achieving GP targets. Leadership skills to guide and develop the core team. Innovation and a keen awareness of modern food trends.
