The ideal candidate will be crucial in representing developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, demonstrating expertise in acquisitions, public and private financing transactions, and potentially affordable housing tax credit transactions.Duties:Represent developers in complex commercial real estate transactions.Engage in acquisitions and public/private financing transactions.Demonstrate proficiency in affordable housing tax credit transactions (if applicable).Conduct thorough title and survey reviews.Draft acquisition documents and review varied loan documents.Collaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team.Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.Admission to the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Bar.Top academic and transactional credentials.Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Bar.Skills:Strong fundamentals in commercial real estate law.Experience with title and survey review.Proficient in drafting acquisition documents.Familiarity with varied loan documents.Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
