Board Certified Behavioral Analyst At the highest level, all employees of Kids SPOT/ Behavior Craft must be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and committed to performing their job in an ethical and proper manner. BCBA Schedule: Flexible Hours between - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm BCBA Salary: $38.50 - $40.50 per hour KidsSPOT/ Behavior Craft offers its employees a generous employee benefits package including: BCBS Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision insurance, Aflac, 401K plan with a generous contribution, 8-day paid holiday, PTO, discretionary bonuses, and much more. Duties and Description for BCBA: Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments. Design, supervise, and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client. Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans. Design caregiver training plans and implement them with parents/caregivers of individuals with Autism.
