Home Care Services Director Trail Ridge Home Care Services is a new service being offered by American Baptist Homes of the Midwest (ABHM) in the Sioux Falls, SD area. We're looking for a leader who has business savvy, an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to create a successful home services business to provide non-clinical care to clients in their homes. These services may include companionship, respite care, meal prep, medication reminders, providing transportation, basic personal care, specialized dementia or hospice care. This is an exempt position with pay ranging from $65,000-$75,000 per year depending on experience. What you will do: As the Home Care Services Director, you will have the flexibility to help define the business, with the support and resources of ABHM and their home care partner, Home Care Advocacy Network (HCAN). The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded business leader, with the ability to define and execute a marketing plan, hire and manage care advocates, and match clients to those care advocates who best meet their needs. You will be the voice and face of Trail Ridge Home Care Services, promoting the benefits of our services to individuals and referral sources in the area. The Director has a great opportunity to build and support a successful home care business, providing leadership and oversight to a team you develop, coach and engage.
