Looking for qualified Floor Technician to join our team! This is a PART TIME Weekends only position. We are searching for a Floor Technician to join our community that is resident and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. Th e primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. If you are team-oriented, driven, and excited about the opportunity to care for our residents, then we have the perfect opportunity for you! Interested? Major Responsibilities Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas, and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Coordinate with the nurses station to help with any minor maintenance needs. Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving. Assisting maintenance and housekeeping with the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience. Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. Minimum Qualifications Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have previous training as a Floor Technician. You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done. We're an equal opportunity employer.
