This Communications Manager position is a hybrid role that encompasses two primary goals. Firstly, it involves spearheading proactive internal efforts aimed at enhancing employee engagement within the Personal Care Research and Development R&D teams. Secondly, it entails providing support in the realm of issues management specific to the Personal Care sector. In this Communications Manager role, close collaboration with the Chief R&D Officer for Personal Care, as well as the Head of C&C Affairs for Personal Care, and their respective teams will be essential. Communications Manager Responsibilities Lead the PC R&D internal plan with input from various R&D stakeholders and teams. Engage employees in the PC R&D strategy, promoting a positive and inclusive culture. Create an event calendar and content plan that aligns with our strategy, utilizing various channels. Assist the PC Chief R&D Officer in engaging the PC R&D Community on Linked In and enhancing companies employer image. Provide PC R&D stories to the PC C&CA team for use in overall PC dialogue.
