We are recruiting for a Senior Advisor within the Policy and Legislation division of the Strategy, Performance and Partnerships Branch. This is your opportunity to lead the implementation of Nova Scotia’s Regulated Health Professions Act and impact the development and implementation of the Department’s approach to health profession regulation and oversight. About Our Opportunity The Senior Advisor is responsible for leading work within the Department of Health and Wellness to complete the implementation of Nova Scotia's new Regulated Health Professions Act passed in November 2023. Your workplan will include design, management and implementation of projects to develop new regulations under the 2023 Regulated Health Professions Act required to migrate 21 health profession regulators from existing separate legislation to the new unified Act.
