About Our Opportunity Like a property law office, the Land Services Branch manages all aspects of Crown land transactions. The Crown Land Information Management Centre is responsible for maintaining a registry of conveyancing documents, survey plans and maps of Crown land holdings, providing access to Crown land records, researching Crown interests in land, and maintaining the Crown Cadastral Database. As the Information Processing Technician, you will maintain an accurate and complete register of Crown land ownership records, administer and provide user support for the department’s electronic document management system, and provide Crown land information to internal and external clients. Primary Accountabilities As the Information Processing Technician, we count on your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain an accurate and complete register of Crown lands ownership records. In addition, you are the primary system administrator of the Crown lands electronic document management system, a significant business application used by multiple provincial governments departments to access current and historical Crown land information.
