We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Islington to assist with the appointment of an Inspection and Business Improvement Lead , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £400.00 daily PAYE Summary: Oversee and drive forward our inspection readiness programme Support Lead Directors with the planning, development and delivery of inspection readiness, subsequent outcomes and agreed improvement initiatives Project manage effective planning, reporting and communication of inspection and improvement initiatives Manage staff seconded or assigned to support inspections and associated improvement projects Responsibilities: Identify any new national guidance that is applicable to work being progressed, to share any new guidance with appropriate colleagues and teams and work collaboratively to embed any new guidance in practice. Compile information, intelligence and analysis for annual and strategic plans, audits and inspections and performance reports for the Directorate Management Teams and other teams when required.
