Check us out, you won't be disappointed!Willie's Joynt Café, located in Texas Roadhouse Support Center, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced employee for our Cook position. Responsibilities would include:Responsibilities Assembling food orders to completion Meeting and maintaining all food and plate specifications Meeting established cook time standards Understanding and following prep sheets Using and following recipes Coordinating food items from other line positions Understanding and following proper safety and sanitation practices Removing trash Keeping workplace, equipment, floors and walk-ins clean and organized Properly using, cleaning, assembling and disassembling appropriate equipment including: Grills, Fryers, Dish Machine, Slicers, Three compartment sinks, Ovens, and Stoves Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.We encourage and welcome all applicants to apply.
