Responsibilities: Lead, train, and supervise garden staff while ensuring high standards. Manage greenhouse operations and address structural issues. Foster a welcoming environment and ensure compliance with regulations. Conduct risk backssments, set performance standards, and manage budgets. Attend meetings, conduct staff appraisals, and provide training. Requirements: Essential: Previously worked as a Gardener or in a similar role. Machinery operation experience. Skilled in IT, including Excel and Word. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Good to have: Horticulture qualifications City & Guilds Level 2/3, RHS Level 2.
