They are seeking a Chef de Cuisine for a PNW seafood restaurant to join them for their 2024 season Responsibilities: Manage the culinary operations ensuring guests are provided with an outstanding experience Create and develop menus Ensure the food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently and to the highest standards Recruit a high performing team.
