Riccardo Giraudi (the Beefboy as some might call him) has created Beefbar to break tradition and introduce a modern take on incredibly well-thought out but simple dishes divided into 3 section – interactiony street food, great meat cuts and iconic dishes. Inter Continental Edinburgh The George is home to the first and only Beefbar in Scotland and we are proud to be presenting Edinburgh with this leading new concept… We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who can work on a Full-Time basis (40 hours per week) with any overtime paid for. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be supporting our Restaurant Manager and Restaurant General Manager to help continued success of our recently opened Beefbar concept and ensure that our team are in a strong position to provide excellent service to our customers. Our branded concept is a high-end dinery and we will be providing a luxurious and personalised service to customers, providing tailored recommendations and suggested pairings. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be a key role in supporting the team in the absence of our Restaurant Manager by helping them with high-level service recoveries, training them to a high standard and ensuring that our service is consistent across the board. You will be someone who has some level of management or supervisory experience, looking to take the next step in your career progression and join an exciting new concept. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at the iconic Le Petit Beefbar, you will receive: Up to £30,000.00 per annum, paid overtime plus free meals whilst on duty!
