Executive Restaurant Chef – 5 Luxury Hotel Salary: 110,000 - 125,000 + Benefits + 401K + more Location: San Francisco, CAMy client is looking for an Executive Chef to join their team, someone with creativity and flair and the ability to guide and lead others. This will be for a luxurious hotel nestled in the heart of San Francisco, known for its impeccable service, exquisite dining options, luxurious accommodations, and stunning panoramic views of the city. If you have a proven track record of kitchen management, get in touch Responsibilities: Lead the property’s culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customer’s expectations Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellence Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislation Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded Executive Chef Qualifications: Proven experience in a kitchen management role, preferably within a 5 establishment Knowledge and experience in Italian cuisine required Food & Beverage knowledge Ability to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment A well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team members Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Declan today Declan@COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
